About Us

Having established a working relationship over the last 12 years and with over 60 years experience, the directors had a shared ambition to set up Tower8.

Toby Wait

Toby has extensive experience of on-site management and robust construction knowledge. Having developed his experience over a number of sectors, he brings a foresight and dimension to any project throughout its life, that has proved successful time and again. Toby is recognised as a leader in the hotel and commercial property industry.

James Morris

James is a project manager with a construction economics background. He has detailed knowledge of the hotel and leisure sectors along with extensive experience of delivering fast track complex commercial projects both in the UK and abroad.

Adam Mursal

Adam has widespread experience in construction and project management, providing solutions to unlock complicated  schemes and adding value at every stage. His successful track record has prompted repeat appointments by blue chip companies, developers and investment firms. He is widely recognised as one of the emerging leaders of today's industry.

Simon Craven

Simon has over 20 years experience providing cost management services to clients on a diverse range of commercial projects and has expert knowledge of residential, hotel and office sectors in the UK and Europe. Simon continues to provide tangible added value to Client organisations throughout the development process.

Project Management

Where a Client wishes to outsource the management of a construction project, either because of the size and complexity of the project or because of the lack of in-house resources, then Tower8 can act as Project Manager to co-ordinate and control the project or programme of work on the Client’s behalf.

Tower8 will, if required, assemble and manage the consultant team and the construction process from inception to completion including planning, co-ordinating and monitoring progress, programme, cost and quality throughout the design, construction and commissioning process.

Project Monitoring & Independent Certifier

In the current market place the service of project monitoring safeguards the interests of investors, occupiers and developers to ensure that the final product delivers as intended on all fronts.

Tower8 regularly act as Project Monitors, Independent Certifiers and Tenant Liaison Managers to ensure that the projects can be handed to the end tenants, with all of the compliant Agreement for Lease documentation, certificates and any other relevant information to enable handover and immediate occupation.

They will act as a conduit between the Developer or the Investor, the delivery team, consultants and any other interested parties, tracking down the necessary information from lease compliance documentation to client sign off to design changes.

Acquisition Support Services

The acquisition of a real estate asset represents one of the biggest single outlays of capital for clients and it is therefore imperative that all of the key factors are considered whether the objective is to develop for profit or long term occupation and/or ownership.

Tower8 have considerable experience in assisting and co-ordinating this process during the acquisition and feasibility stages. As required, Tower8 will review the strategic objectives for the acquisition against the development parameters such as programme, cost and risk to aid the decision making process and make sure that the correct asset is selected and developed.

The service is also relevant to existing assets where the appropriate development strategy needs to be identified to maximise the return.
