In the current market place the service of project monitoring safeguards the interests of investors, occupiers and developers to ensure that the final product delivers as intended on all fronts.
Tower8 regularly act as Project Monitors, Independent Certifiers and Tenant Liaison Managers to ensure that the projects can be handed to the end tenants, with all of the compliant Agreement for Lease documentation, certificates and any other relevant information to enable handover and immediate occupation.
They will act as a conduit between the Developer or the Investor, the delivery team, consultants and any other interested parties, tracking down the necessary information from lease compliance documentation to client sign off to design changes.

The acquisition of a real estate asset represents one of the biggest single outlays of capital for clients and it is therefore imperative that all of the key factors are considered whether the objective is to develop for profit or long term occupation and/or ownership.
